Is this Aiptasia?

Is what you see in the attached picture Aiptasia? It looks a little greener in real life, picture is kind of yellow. I found this on rock from the Gulf of Mexico if that helps.

It may be something else, but IDK what. Aiptasia usually have a brown/clear base. I can't ever recall seeing one with a white base, which it looks like yours has. Doesn't mean it's not one, just sayin'.
 
Don't think it's majano. Could be aiptasia or something else, maybe Bartholomea annulata (aka corkscrew anemone).
