Is this an acro crab?

I just noticed this guy, he's really tiny maybe the tip of a pencil? I don't have any SPS but he seems to have come on a piece of LR. I have had seahorses in that tank for a couple months and he hasn't seem to bother anyone. I googled acro crabs but he doesn't look like any of the standard ones. Does anyone have any ideas? Does he look like a pest crab? I figured if anyone would know, you guys on this forum would know, thank you!

This crab looks like small crab in the rock I got from Gulf of Mexico (Corpus Christi Bay) They don't get big enough to really bother the fish, but will scavenge and possibly eat some of my Stomatella snails
