So this is the second pair of true percs I've gotten from this LFS, which happens to be one of the better ones in the area. Unfortunately, I ruined the fist pair, by not waiting for ich to clear out of my system from the bad pair I had before them. So I waited over 2 months to get this pair. And then they got treated for internal parasites by the LFS because the male wasn't eating very well.
So I bring them home and they look great, swim around well, and eat like pigs. Here is what he looked like.

Then I start to notice that the male begins losing some color around his fin after the pectorals (don't know the name of this fin) Its not ripped or torn, just an absence of color. So I figured it was from the female picking on him. Well its not 2 weeks and my male clown looks like this.

They are both eating well, feeding them Ora Glo pellets, as well as Hikari pellets, and alternating, frozen mysis, and cyclopeze with selcon added to it.
They do occasionally have white stringy poop, but not breathing heavily, and both do the agressive/submissive thing that mated clowns do.
So what is going on with them? Do I need to pull them out and treat them, and if so, for what and with what? Thanks for the help guys!
