Is this Brook or a bad scratch/bite?

I noticed this mark on my Perc about a week ago. I figured it had got scratched or bit by another fish; possibly my male Perc but I seriously dought it. I thought it was going away but it just won't. She looks to maybe have a little labored breathing. Any ideas? Treatments?

Have had the pair for about a month with no other problems...the male is fine.

are they hosting an anemone? sometimes when newly hosting an anemone it will sting them before they get used to it.

it does look like burns due to a new host. if it was brook the clown would be dead already. my percs get this whenever they decide to use the frogspawn as a host.

Yeah, she has hosted the anenome in the pic ever since I got her...the male would only be allowed to sleep in the anenome but then he moved into my frogspawn when I got it a couple weeks later and seems happy there.

On average, how long does a clown have after signs of Brook appear?

I would be concerned about it as well. It looks too 'mucousy' to be a burn from an anemone or coral and if the fish has been hosting in that anemone for a while, she's not likely to get a burn from it.
