is this brown slime a good thing?PICS

tank(75 gallon) has only been running for about 2 weeks now. is this brown slime forming normal?? it is on the closed loop pipes that are in the water up top too. also on the acrylic wall for the overflow.it is also in the refugem(10 gal).

-just recently added..
3 percula clowns,2 cleaner shrimp

-been in for about a week..
5 snails and 5 hermits



there is also a bright green slime on the silicoe in the over flow??

The slime coverings are very common in new tanks. I would just ignore it for a while. You could brush it off the rocks if you want. If it doesn't go away on its own in 3-4 weeks, you could start thinking about various solutions then.
