Is this clownfish percula Orr ocellaris?

This guy could use a few friends is he ocellaris ?

Hard to tell from the picture but he looks like ocellaris to me. In my experience it is possible to pair ocellaris and percula. I had two that formed a bonded mating pair. Pretty cool.

The pair came to me in bad shape just skin and bones, one didn't make it
