Is this coral?

Okay, while I know a bit, I don't know everything... Some guy claims this is Live Cured Rock... Which it might be just that ROCK. Not coral... Just want to make sure I am not missing anything... Gotta love the paint job to look like coralline! Correct me if I am wrong...

Its rock... he said it was rock..
If its been in water for a while its cured and live..
The "live" just means its populated with living bacteria..
doesn't mean its a coral..

The piece on the bottom right looks kinda like Caribsea life rock. (Kinda similar to Real Reef man made rock, but with aragonite.) Both have that nice purple paint job.

It's live rock. Which is rock. I'm not sure if that's the question - is he saying it's coral? Why do you think it's painted? Some of the man made rock does come with purple on it, as mentioned above. Although rock can get a nice purple on it, so it could be real coralline as well.

Most of the 'rock' that we use in saltwater aquariums used to be coral a long time ago. Now it's just rock. If your's is in saltwater it is probably 'live' which really just means it has the bacteria that process ammonia and nitrite into nitrate (the nitrate cycle). Some people don't consider it 'live' rock unless it has other things growing on it like algae, sponges, etc.
