Is this crab reef safe?

What do you think? Thow him in with my acros, zoos, and ricordea, or send him to the gallows? He's about 3mm long right now.

looks like it may be a type of harmless filter feeding porcelain crab. does it wave feather duster looking 'feelers' around?

3 pairs of large visible legs = Porcelain. If you look closely you can see a tiny transparent set of legs it has under its carapace. You can also see the filter feeding things curled up near the head. he is safe.
