Anybody who has owned both corals will tell you they are not the same.

That pic looks like ora hawkins blue, which is widely considered a turaki, despite what ora named it.

For me it is an Acropora Turaki. The formation of the echinata is a little different.
Even so it is complicated to have certainty.
I have one that is very similar.

^^ Now it gets interesting......I dont believe that is echinata either. The coralite tips are too rounded....echinata has blunt coralite tips.
