Is this elegance coral looking good?

Hi guys, yesterday I purchased an elegance coral, the guy from the LFS told me that the coral comes from Australia.
He said that he personally fragged a huge Aussie elegance, and he even showed me two dremel cuts located on the coral's skeleton that I got.

The skeleton is a bit small like 2"-3", it looks good but I'm kinda worried about it..

I know that the indo elegance just won't survive, how would I know if I got an aussie or an indo elegance.. As you may know, I don't trust the guy from the LFS.

My water params are:

Kh 9.6
Mag 1380
Cal 470
Phosphate 0
Nitrate .50

I got 72, 3 watt LEDs and I'm using only 60 at the moment, 40 royal blue at 100% and 20 cool white at 40%. My tank is a 65 gallon tank.
I got 2 vortechs mp40, and I'm thinking that it may be too much flow for the coral.
My skimmer is an asm g4 which is currently turned off because of the low nutrients that I got.

I dose reef energy A and B on a daily basis, only 8 ml of each bottle and I think I'm gonna go to get some reefroids today.

What do you guys think? I would really appreciate any help..

I placed the coral under a rock, it's kinda shaded.. Is it ok if the tentacles are touching the rocks with the current?

Elegance tend to do very well, on what do you base your statement that into-pacific elegance do not do well. The coral looks OK, give him some light and gentle back and forth current and he will probably open up and look great.

It looks great to me. It does look like it needs a little more room. They get very large what size tank do you have? Btw they have been known to eat live fish from time to time when thy get large. Ive personaly saw it once. It looks to be a australian to me
