i have a 75gl with 90lbs of live rock few mushrooms & candy canes & fish

Hi,it should be fine for almost all corals, but if you get any SPS, put them up high near the MH bulb.

which are sps corals also should i use 10k or 14k m.h bulbs

I have a 75g with a Current 2x150 w/VHO to supplement, and sps grows fine on the sand bed. You will be fine with sps from the middle of the tank up.

10k vs 14k is just a preference color wise. 14k will be more blue tone than 10k
