This is a delicacy called a troctopus.

Looks like the Thanksgiving Octopus, Fakus Turkius. It's a very lucky find, as only 10 specimens have been confirmed. I personaly would give it it's own tank, as they will look under rocks to look for food. They feed on the Stuffing Fish, Turkius Stuffus, which can be found in the "Thanksgiving" and "Seafood" isle of the supermarket.
