Is this HLLE on my potters?

I think I posted this on the wrong forum so reposting it here...

I have a potters angel that I've had about 4 years. Eats very well but about a 6-9 months ago it seemed to have lost some scales by its mouth. I thought maybe it bumped into a rock or something but that problem seems to gotten bigger. Is this HLLE? If not, what is it? It still eats well.

No other fish is affected. Best solution?

No offense but your photo looks like a watercolor painting. I don't think anyone can tell you either way based on the picture.

Finally got a better picture.. whats up with his face by the mouth & eyes? looks like lost scales or something..
