I've had him in my tank for 6+ months. He was QT'd for about 6 weeks.
10 days of Prazi, 10 days off, then slowly Copper. What do you think?

It looks like it unless he has been rubbing his face on substrate
what dod you feed him .Has he been exposed to carbon? whats the water quality?

Looks like the beginnings of HLLE to me. Maintaining excellent water quality, and constantly soaking fish food in vitamin supplements seems to have worked for some people. Checking your tank for stray voltage. and using only high grade carbon couldn't hurt either.

Thank you both very much. Water parameters are Salinty 1.022-1.025 Ammonia and Nitrite are 0 with very little Nitrate. I do use Carbon, API brand. Is there a better one you'd recommend? I soak their food in Selcon every other day. Their food consists of Protein enhanced mysis, squid, spectrum pellets, and algae sheets daily. Also, what vitamin supplements do you recommend? Zoe?

Carbon can cause hlle in tangs angels and other fish . I use resins such as seachems purigen, increase nutrition. Sounds like your diet is good zoe, vit c and kents garlic extreme can be used . Frozen foods must be slowly thawed out over night in the frig .I set up the next days food in cups in the frig before i hit the sack and add my vits and garlic .Overnight the thawing foods absorb the supplements. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND HIKARI FROZEN BLOOD WORMS

Do you add the garlic and vitamins daily? I've always taken the food right outta the freezer and only let it thaw for 10min in selcon. How long can the food stay in the fridge? I will try the Blood worms, thank you.

I think this guy did a great job bringing a purple tang back from HLLE. Make sure you look at the before & after pics. I don't have time to look back over his thread, but I think he soaked his fish food in Selcon one day, Zoecon the next. Rinse & repeat. As far as carbon goes, I only trust that Rox 0.8 stuff from BRS.

I place the frozen food in cups at night and add vitc and garlic extreme I feed it through out the next day all food will be consumed by that night. Vit c is also a antioxidant and slows down spoilage .

Thanks again. I went ahead and ordered some Zoe, Marine C, and some Vita Chem. Hopefully I can start to reverse the effects of it.

I have had success using Vita Chem healing up my purple tang a few years back ..The hikari marine A pellets are excellent for soaking it all up
