I've had my fish in qt for 3-1/2 weeks now after my female clown was covered in ich and coral beauty and male clown had 4-5 spots. The cupramine was at .5 for 20 days then I lowered it to around .4 to try to get my coral beauty eating again. The clown looked completely clear within the first week but then I noticed these bumps/spots again. It looks nothing like he did when he went into the qt. I took these pics last thurs and I think some of it has disappeared but can my clown still have ich after this long in treatment?

Bump- anyone? Here's another pic, the two really noticeable spots on the middle of the body were on the glass. They look like little white thorns. Is there anything that looks like ich but isn't? I really don't have any expierence with this. I don't know if I should be treating with something else. It'll be 4 weeks with copper on fri and I've been very careful with maintaining the level. It's really bothering me

Hard to tell, but possibly velvet (maybe). If this was me I would start doing a Formalin bath/dips to get started and see how it reacts to that. Besides this symptom, is it still eating and/or any flashing against the rocks behavior?
It's eating great and seems to be better than ever. Before the qt it was covered in either ich or velvet( I'm really not sure), barely eating, breathing rapidly and coming to the surface for air. She was in bad shape but looked and acted much better really quickly with the cupramine
The last post is definitely brook. I know it may be too late, but with the pictures of your clown, I wouldn't be TOO worried. My clowns looked awesome when I got them, then every once in a while I would see a white little pimple(didn't really look like ich because it protruded just like a pimple) but now I have had them for 2 months and their color and behavior is awesome. I would definitely not treat your fish again unless it starts to show signs that it is stressed or sick other than the discolored skin. Clowns can have a bit of discoloration when they are stressed. I have a quarantine set up with a coral beauty and watchman goby. I used water from my dt and neither of the fish are displaying ich so if I had to guess... I don't have ich in my display which means my clowns don't have ich.

Your clown had brooklynella in the last pic and in the first two pics it looks like just tissue damage from brook. It will heal. That is not ich. Take your fish out of the cupramine as it is not effective against brooklynela like it is with ich. I recommend Quick Cure for treatment of brooklynella. With clownfish Brooklynella or Trichodina are the most likely suspects. Best treatment is with formalin baths (37% formalin 1 ml/gal for 30 - 45 min) followed by a tank transfer.
Freshwater baths can also work but are IME much more stressful for the fish than formalin baths.
Copper is absolutely ineffective and other medication without formalin rarely work.
