Is this Ich? Not my fish, saw it in a shop

I see the white speckles on it, and I just wanted to confirm whether or not you think this is an ich infested fish?

It's an issue of some kind, and ich is a possibility, especially given what it's on.
On another note, those green brittle stars will eat anybody they can catch.

i was thinking the same thing! that brittle star is trouble.
