Is this Ich or Sand?

Just did a water change today and noticed my foxface looks like it might be getting the start of Ich or is this just Sand stuck to his sides?

Hard to tell but his eyes look cloudy . His white spots look too uniform and all same size . I would treat anyway for ick ,just in case not lymph . Do any other fish show spots . Your decision .

Now that you have a picture you can tell if he gets new spots or not. If they start disappearing that could mean ick and they have matured and dropped off to perpetuate their life cycle . Sand will usually fall off and since most foxfaces don't lay or sleep in sand that tends to tell me it isn't . As for lymph , I would start to see some irregularity in shape and size of those spots over time and a slow regression as the fishes immune system kicks in to combat lymph .
