Is this Ich?

Hi All,

I have had an ich outbreak last month and now things are much better. I still see some fish rubbing against the rocks but their overal look is much better.
This morning I noticed over thousands of very tiny creatures on the glass of the aquarium each about .8mm to 1mm. They move very slowly. I'm not sure if they are ich or not. below is a link to what ich looks like:

They cant be flatworms because as you can see in the picture below flatworms have tentacles at their head but what I have is different. the V shape is at the bottom since the creature moves the opposite side of the V shape. its more like a tail...

I think it's very hard to see the free floating ich. My tank has been fallow for 8 weeks now and I added a bottle of tigger pods and once and awhile I see them all over my glass. Slowly crawling like lice. Do they look like tiggerpods, copepods, or isopods?
