Is this ich?

I've had this naso juvenile for about14 days. Had done two tank transfers but messed up the timing and started all over. On the third transfer I noticed the following in the pictures. I don't have ich in my main tank...I do have fish with lymphocytsis.. I do use main tank display water for the transfers.
Is this ich or lymphocytsis? Is this another disease?

He is in a ten gallon Rubbermaid with a regal angel. I'm going to finish the tank transfer and then put in QT.

It looks like Cryptocaryon (marine ich) to me. How are you executing the tank transfer method? You should not be seeing symptoms appear in the middle of the treatment protocol unless the display water is infected.

I agree.

I'm confused I've been doing tank transfer method since the beginning for all fish. I have two fish in the tank that do have white lesions but in an older post snorvich had concluded those were lympho and not ich. I guess I'm just confused as to how this would have happened
