Doesnt look like ich. You'll typically see ich showing up first on the fins and eyes. It doesnt HAVE to do that, but it would be very odd to show up so virulent in the middle of the body and no where else.
That looks like some type of bacteria infection. It could be lymphocystis also, depending on the growth, the pictures are hard to tell.
Lympho will look almost like small cauliflower spots growing on the fish. There isnt anything you can do to treat that except provide excellent water quality, its a virus the fish has to fight off on it's own.
