Is this little guy Dead?

I have had this Frag of 5 Palys for about a week now. The little head to the left has not moved one bit. Could it be dead if so would he be okay in the reef or should i remove him.

Eh, you might as well chuck him if u have more. He might have something wrong that might kill the other ones.

give it time i have a 6x6 colony of those and notice the same thing from time to time no reason to kill anything
