I don't frequent this store, so this might be old news to some but, is this a listing for Magic Isle on Craig's list? It doesn't mention the store's name but it sure looks like it from the pics.

Sweet deal,I don't know much about the value of pet stores but that seems cheap?
And if u started selling reef stuff it could be successful
Maybe one of u retired RC guys could pick it up cheap and really turn it around !!

Certainly looks like it. I've been going there since the 80's when they were a couple of stores down and were 2x the size they are now. The owner Joe was always helpful. Always found prices to be a little high. Saltwater livestock, although not a large selection was usually healthy. I still go in occasionally to pick up live blackworms for my cbb. My son loves the koi and freshwater turtle setup.
