I got a Niger trigger about 6 weeks ago. Four days ago I noticed a mass of pink stuff hanging out of the lower portion of his mouth. At first I thought it was food, because he's a very sloppy eater. But then I realized that it wasn't leaving his mouth. He still eats and swims completely normal, except there is this pinkish crap hanging out of his mouth. It looks like he took some Big League Chew, and never chewed it. The only thing that I can find that looks like it, is mouth fungus, but all I see is white. I can't find a picture of it being pink. I just started the first treatment of Seachem SulfaPlex. My LFS was closed today so I went to a Creature Comforts and this appeared to be the best of what they had. Any ideas as to what it is, and what I should be treating with. I'll have to order it online.
