is this normal?

i have a fire shrimp 1 week old, i noticed he started getting black spots/mulges on his back below the white dots. is this normal? does anyone have experience with this?
also could i feed the fire shrimp dried seaweed'

i checked today and he didnt have them anymore.. so im wondering if those spots were normal
