is this normal?

came home from work tonight and saw my latin lover frag like this. I have a feeling that they are just pooping but I'm not sure. can anyone tell me if this is normal for zoanthids?

This is ok, but this means your zoanthid needs more light and is streching to get more light what do you have in the way of lighting right now

I have LEDs on my tank right now and the white strips are almost up full blast. I'd say 3/4 of the way all the way on and I'm pretty sure full blast is a little too much. When I got them they were already long like that. I'm asking about the strands that are coming out of the middle but they are in a sorta shady spot but they seem to like it there. I don't want to turn the lights up much more because other corals might start to get too much light.
