IMO, you can add 2 surgeons if you want. At 160 gallons you should have no territory problems with the blennies you want to keep, the fish you are listing will have no problems in that space, I would add a couple more anthias.

To be honest, I wouldn't add one, they are poisonous if stressed, and surgeons can get upset with those fish.
