40g breeder with about 80lbs+ live rock.
Reef (mostly sps, some lps and zoas).
a few clams and shrimp
20g sump (holds about 10 gallonswhen running)
a good skimmer (forgot the name, but is rated to about 200g)

pair true Percs
Fine spotted Fairy (cirrhilabrus punctatus)
sixline wrasse (pseudocheleilinus hexataenia)
Carpenter's flasher wrasse (paracheilinus carpenteri)
purple firefish (nemateleotris decora)
yellow clown goby (gobiodon okinawae)
black clown goby (g. stranulatus)
Yellow watchman (cyptocentrus cincutus)
Orange Spotted Watchmen (amblyeleotris guttata)

Will these fish likely get alone??? mostly referring to the wrasse.

to many fish.... i say cut them in half! nevermind the potential algae problems or bioload instability with that many fish... where will they all swim with 80lbs rock + corals?

the gobies are mostly sandbed dwellers. The percs stick to one little part of the tank they are in now (with no other fish in there). I was thinking of dropping one of the wrasses and keeping the rest. The 80lbs+ are mostly dense pieces. I could always add them over time. the corals........ frags for now.

Drop the 6 line and I think you will be ok. MAKE SURE your skimmer is up to par though!!

+1..........all fish stay relatively small and share different niches....though the clown gobies may irritate your sps.......

Minus the sixline, you'll be fine. 80# of rock is too much unless it's marco rock or something... +1 to cwoods. Clown gobies eat sps polyps in the wild and often won't eat in the home aquarium.

Sorry, that was a typo and I just looked back and realized it. it is about 60lbs (plus or minus) of live rock. about 40lbs of that was bought as live rock and the other 20 was macro/ base rock. I do have alot of dense rock pieces. Sorry for that mistake.

The sixline is on the list to control pyramid snails as I had an issue with them in the past plus I do have clams.

The rest of the fish do appear to have different niches from my research. My clowns that I have now don't go far from the frogspawn they host. The firefish swims in the open water right in front of the powerheads, while the wrasses seem to swim all over the place, in and out of caves and the rock work.
The gobies remain on the sand bed, I am thinking of dropping the clown gobies and the sixline. It seems to be an overwhelming suggestion to drop him anyway. I want 2 flashers so they will/ may flash.

Thanks for the suggestions.
