Is this possible?

I noticed a bunch of small orangeish/reddish bumps on my LR that seem to look like little dendro/sclero soft corals. I am hesitant to believe that this could be happening but this morning when i went to start my feeing regime (that i wrote about in my tank build thread) i noticed that these bumps look partially inflated like a soft corals do. they seem to be inflating and deflating throughout the day because sometimes when i go to check on the tank they are noticeable and sometimes they look like little red pimples on the rock.

Has this happened to anyone?

Any thoughts?

im guessing a sponge, tuniciate, or some other hitchhiking filter feeder, you dont get hitchhiking corals like that....

You should eventually see polyps - whether dendronephthya, scleronephthya, tubastrea, dendrophyllia, etc...

thanks for all the input. some of them have little polyps but the coral is too tiny for my camera to photograph. I'll just wait and see what happens.

Thanks
