I just had my first bacterial bloom 2 days ago and now the cloudy water is clearing up..im wondering is this red cyano on the rocks? Is it common to get it after an bacterial bloom?

Is it bad? Whats the fix?

It looks like it. Is it slimy, and does it brush or blow off fairly easily? If so, it's cyano. New tanks often go through cyano blooms. Personally, I siphon it out a few times and it generally goes away, as long as I'm not overfeeding and I have good circulation. A water change never hurts (well, unless you use high DOC mix water).

For persistent cases, there is Chemi Clean and Red Slime Remover (chemical treatments usually containing an antibiotic which are usually safe to use, but very occasionally someone will come on and report an issue).

It could be cyano, but it looks a lot like the red coralline algae in my tank. If it appeared very suddenly, it's probably cyano. Also, as anem says above, see if it easily comes off the rock. If it does, it's not coralline.

Seems a bit spread out and spotty for cyano, but I am prone to being hopeful and wrong.

I would say it's cyano.
It's really just part of the process as a tank ages.
Run a skimmer, do water changes and research how much to feed.
Too many nutrients in the water will help fuel it.
