They need a pretty big tank and you need to provide them with sponges and starfish. Kind of like decorator crabs they'll carry them around.
 
I found the following in Nimrod's "Marine Vertebrates":

Scientific Name: Hasselhoffus davidicus

Habitat Range: Normally found in temperate waters worldwide. During breeding season will migrate to tropical and sub-tropical climates, with an abundance of specimens found in Malibu, Nice, and St. Tropez.

Aquarium Behavior: Will spend an inordinate amount of time staring its at own reflection in tank glass. Also has a tendency to move its mouth as if "singing".
