is this tang sick

My yellow tang has red patches on its skin, is that some sort of disease?

Looks like it may be from scratching on the rocks .... Maybe ich

Have you treated for flukes?

yea I treated them before I put them in my tank. I don't see them scratching at all or any white spots on them.
