Is this too much P04

As some of you are already aware my tank isn't in the greatest of shape. So today I decided to test my phosphate with a Salifert kit. The reading is between .03 to .10 The color chart for these two number are very difficult to distinguish. Anyhow is this too much phosphate for sps?

IME if you can see any color at all on a salifert kit your po4 is too high. Salifert and all other conventional testkits that I am aware of are useless for low range phosphate.

Take your water to somebody that has a Hanna Meter. I also agree with the previous post..
