Is this Xenia??

I had a weird flat gooey looking thing similar to a "pinkish vein" on a piece of live rock that I purchased that has over the last month begun to spring out the guys in the picture below... They are almost completely flattened out at night, but while the lights are on they spring up and are starting to look similar to Pom Pom Xenia I see at my LFS... Can anyone help me identify this?? Thanks...

Looks like it. Does it pulse, the feathery branches open and close?

Not so sure it is xenia. Xenia tends to have much thinnet stalks. Hard to tell though.

Could be xenia, but looks like it could also be clove polyps. Better pic needed
