Issue with 6025.000

I have two of this pump in my tank and one of them stopped working. The shaft mover a little but then it stops...I check pretty much everything and even switch the impeller and nothing worked. Any idea what it could be?

By shaft do you mean the metal shaft? This should not move or come out. If you mean the plastic shaft, it may be that the drive is worn out. How old is the pump?

The pump is about 1.5 yrs old

The pump is about 1.5 yrs old

Both pumps are about 1 1/2 yrs old..could be a little less.
the part that looks like it wants to move is the Propeller.

Send in the pump, I don't really understand what you are describing. I can only guess the propeller has worn out or the disk.
