Issue with my clam...

Here is a pic. Can anyone tell what the problem maybe with this clam? I use a Ca reactor and the DKH is 9, Ca 380, no trace of organics. I posted some problems I've been having in another thread, but here is a pic of the clam.

In the pic you can see the out current siphon it closed and occasionally the clam seems to "cough".

yeah...but can you tell anything from that pic? Have you ever seen a clam react like this?? It was worse yeterday, but it still isn't taking water through its siphon...my maxima on the other hand is getting back to normal.
