Issue with profilux app on Iphone 6

Hi,

Downloaded the app but every time I try to open it I just get the GHL logo and the fish picture then it freezes on a blue screen. Anyone else having this issue and any idea how to resolve?
I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same issue.

I've tried off and on for almost two years, and never got it to work. Used to be it couldn't find anything to connect to, but the last couple times I tried pretty much the same results as you got.

Thats shocking. I recently upgraded from profilux II to III and being able to use the app to check my setup was one of the things I was looking forward to using. GHL need to get their finger out and get this sorted. We are all spending a lot of money on their equipment.

Im on iPhone 6+ with latest IOS and have the app installed with no issues..

Did you restart phone after you delete the app?

I have done all of that and it still sticks at a blue screen.

Try deleting the app and files from iTunes on your laptop/desktop and then redownload from the App Store.

Yeah, I have tried all that too and nothing seems to work. Just find it strange how it works for some but not for others. Can you remember the month and year you installed madehsobi? Im wondering if the security certificate has expired on the app and if I change the date on my phone when I install it then it should work.

Yeh that is strange. I don't remember as its been awhile. Give it a try and see? If not I can check on my Mac and see the IPA file and maybe upload for u to test out?

All help would be much appreciated. If we can get a workaround sorted while they are working on an official fix then I will put up a step by step to help others with same issue

I doubt they are working on it since everything will be with myghl soon...

Looks like the last update was june 2014. Change settings to reflect that date but no joy.

Surely with most things now being app based they will be working on resolving and publishing a working app.

So I downloaded this 7/26/14 and the files size is 8.8mb
