Issues with 3 SPS

I'm having issues with 3 SPS in my 300 gallon SPS tank; GARF Bonsai, ORA Blue Bottle Brush and a Prostrata. I first noticed the issue on my GARF Bonsai. There was a bit of receding on some new growth. This expanded to the base and grew each night. Last Thurs I lost power due to a storm. I was checking the tank with a flashlight and noticed all 3 corals had amphipods in the affected areas. I watched them the next few nights and the receding got bigger each night and the amphipods were in them every night. Sunday I treated the tank with Interceptor for 6 hrs and did a 60 gal water change. The amphipods were back that night in the same corals. Yesterday I did another dose of Interceptor and it's been in there for 24 hrs. Last night I didn't notice the amphipods in the corals, but I only saw a few in the rock work and sand. I was able to catch one out and take a pic and video. http://youtu.be/qoyqoUh8lCk I don't think it's red bugs because my Granulosa and Hawkins Blue are growing well. Plus I don't see any red spots on any SPS.

When I did the treatment one Sun I did blast everything with a turkey baster. Several AEFW's came off of the Prostrata. I dipped it in Coral RX and put it back in the tank. None of the other corals had any AEFW's come off. I do have a 6 Line, Lineatus, Orange Back, and Solorensis Wrasses as well as a Mandarin.

My parameters are 430 CA, 1360 Mag and 7.5 Alk.
