Where is the cheapest web site to find Pheonix 14k HQI 250 and 150 watt bulbs?

cheapest i have found so far for 3 x 250 watt and 1 x 150 watt is about $230.

anyone know where i can find them for a little cheaper?

well i have 4 x 150 watt HQI pendant reflectors with SLS ballasts.

i am looking for the bulbs for a buddy of mine that is not on here
