I have read this forum book and done a little research to try and find the right AA. I found a pill form or Somatropin, it contained these Amino Acids:
Glycine Building block for protein
L-Arginine Cell replication
L-Isoleucine Tissue growth
L-Valine Tissue growth
L-Lysine Conserves calcium
can someone please check their aquarium AA bottle to see which of these it contains??? I think that will help point us in the right direction. The values and recommended dose would help also!!!

Awesome, are you using the full Blue Coral Method? Or just dosing Pappone?

Well hGH used to be collected from cadavers, but that stopped after the 1990's as recombinant methods took over (since you get viral inactivation, higher safety, higher protein titers at lower COGS, etc.).

I'm using the Pappone only without HGH. Weekly trace elements and sometime Iodine.
The original Blue Coral method in berliner tank consists in the pappone with HGH, high levels of Ca and Mg, dosing AA 1 hour before turn off lights. To complete method, a lot of light and big skimmer. Now in Italy, some people using the BC method in the DSB tank. The levels of calcium and magnesium are next to the saturation.

It's a mixture of different foods blended together... the recipe is in the middle of the thread somewhere... not sure where though.

Aye, that be the one! I'm considering making it, but we'll see. I'm enjoying the growth I'm getting now, so I'm not so sure.
all this dosing is confusing! I see tanks spending tons of money on dosing products that you guys mention and I see tanks that just dose 2 part look the same. Does anyone out there agree? Im sorry if i sound off but Im just trying to separate the truth and the hype along with the wasted time messing with the tank when i could have been kicking back looking at the tank instead

What it all comes down to is there getting better growth solana34. They are dosing a drug not usatable in the usa (unless your barry bonds) into there tanks. The corals body takes to the hgh like a human and grows faster and stronger (hgh is a human steriod found in the brain). i believe when i use to read this thread on the daily it was somthing like ppl using the hgh method where getting 28 inches of growth a year. somthing insane like that, not sure of the correct number but it was crazy high like. that. Please correct me in any wrong information i posted, it has been a year.

True, while the coloration may not be any different, the growth is quite different. The people doing the blue coral method are getting up to 16in of growth in a year while others are getting 4-10 at best? It's growth they are after with the AA and the HGH they add to their tanks on top of the papone.
