So after getting out and around reef stuff last night I found myself looking at all of the pics in my gallery than I haven't seen in ages and I am really aching to get back into this hobby again. Those of you who know me know the crap that I have been through and I've gotta say thanks to those who got me started initially (Griss, Nookie) and those who shared my addiction along the way. It's easy to see at this point that reefing provided a great distraction from the unhappiness I experienced in my marriage and now that my life is headed in a much better direction I can't wait to get involved in it again! I'm glad to see so many new faces in the mix and I look forward to getting back into it even bigger and better than before

I'm with you Kent. The last couple of weeks, I have found myself wishing I had a tank set up again. It looks like in the next couple of weeks it might finally happen. I can't wait.

Glad to hear that you will be making your way back.

However, I think you need to practice making a few more skimmers. That way, you will find out what you like/don't like on the ones you do before the one for you is started. And since I'm such a nice guy, I'll be happy to accept one of your trial skimmers just so you can practice

I am helping in setting up your old tank this weekend with a buddy!!-Weird EH?. He bought it from some guy in Chester about 9 months ago and is just now getting around to setting it up. I do have a few questions so if you could PM me your # that would be great. Great to have you back.

Thanks guys.... I'm probably going to start working on my skimmer within the next couple of months. I'm gonna stay simple with this one- a Deltec 851 clone. This time I'm going with an Eheim and most likely a custom pinwheel of some sort- I may even break down and get an H@S Eheim already done. Everything is gonna be under stand with this one so I want it QUIET!!

Anyone know the link to that new double ended seio looking thing?
