Shoot me an email to jeremy@premiumaquatics.com with your order name and I'll email you back a return label that you can print off and put on the box, then drop off at a UPS location so you're not out the money for shipping it back to them for repair.

After three weeks, the replacement JBJ chiller I got suffer the same failure. I start to lose confidence in JBJ products and I am planning to order a AquaEuro version from PA soon...

This time I will need to take up Jermey offer on the label to ship the 2nd unit back.
