Nano-Reef Part A & B Ion & Buffer - 16 oz. $10 (Never Used)
Part A--Salts of calcium, magnesium, potassium, strontium, rubidum, iron, zinc, manganese, nickel, cobalt, cesium, chrominum, trace minerals.
Part B--Salts of carbonate, bicarboante, sulfate, tetraborate and iodide with trace minerals.Part A:
Calcium (min) 1,650 mg/oz, magnesium (min) 75 mg/oz, strontium (min) 5.8 mg/oz, potassium (min) 21.2 mg/oz, iron (min) 0.124 mg/oz.

Also 2 used overflows (Continuous suction with pump and the other uses U-Tubes), and a used Remora skimmer with MJ1200 and a Preskimmer box.

Mel, How much for the remora? I might be interested for my nano. It desperatly needs a decent skimmer, and I would go with the Octo, but it doesn't have a sump, and I don't want to give it one either.

I emptied it out every 2-3 with deep green colored skim.
Give me a call and we'll discuss the price for you since we might be able to negociate a price that includes frags... : )

mel - any interest in maybe trading that octopus for my urchin pro with mag 3 + a little cash? i have been looking to try something a little different and ive heard good things about the octopus skimmers...

or Jeff if you are interested in the urchin for a little less than 150 i can make up the difference with mel to get the octopus?

collection cup has some cosmetic damage, but its above the water line so it doesnt affect its skimming ability... either way ... or neither way just a suggestion

Hey Matt....
I no longer have a 20g nano, and my new main tank has a modified Octopus skimmer in it.
My new nano will be a 10g w/ no skimmer, no reefigium, and no sump...only 1 powerhead and a 70w MH nothing else. So no need for an extra skimmer. Sorry.
But if you and Jeff work something out let me know.

I think I'm gonna pass on both. What I really need to find is a basic acrylic skimmer body that I can slap one of my old needlewheel pumps on. This would be for the frag/coralQT system that I'm going to be put together in the next couple of months.

cool....I thought someone here had a Coral life skimmer pretty cheap. Ask around Jeff cause I am pretty sure one is available from a club member.
Maybe Manny has a skimmer body laying around somewhere...

I did a little upgrading. I went from a 46g tank and a 20g tank to a 65g tank....
I was to put a closed loop in my new set-up but decided not to...squence pump.
Then the remora is from the 20g I took apart in integrated into the new tank.
The skimmer, well I lost track of online orders and eneded up with 2 skimmers. One got modified and is in use and the other is here for sale..
