I found another store, Fishes of Eden in Miramar, that offers a 10% discount to all FMAS members. I had a nice time talking to Bernard and Carlton who were both very helpful, not to mention they had a nice amount of livestock to choose from.

Bernard mentioned that any FMAS member looking for any All-Glass brand aquariums would receive them at dead cost if they pass by before March 27th. Sweet deal.

2 questions.

1. How do you prove FMAS membership? I attended the frag swap (my first event) but could not make the February meeting.

2. Can anyone comment on All-Glass aquariums, particularly the 75 Megaflow? Would anyone care to speculate on what dead cost for these would be? I live in Boca but would definitely make the drive if the savings justified it.

When I was looking for a tank to 90's were going for $299 and up. $299.00 was with a stand and canopy purchase.

My first experience at FoE was not exactly pleasurable.
Suffice it to say, that who I dealt with, is no longer there.

Even my wife questioned my going back, but I did, and am glad I did, as Bernard, and the rest, are really cool, down-to-earth people, that you can talk to, ask questions even if not buying, etc..
