Neat build. I was planing on doing similar plumbing to flow maybe 1-2000 gals to a remote sump in another room. Is there a lot of noise with a pvc setup like you have?

the remote plumbing is only for water changes and top off. I do hear the water coming but once it discharges it just sound like running water out of a faucet.

I have been really lazy about moving foward now that the tank is up and running. Here are a couple of new pics thats about it.

can you find the purple tang in this pic?

here are some frags with sick PE check out the copps reverse sunset monti it is the one with white coming out of the center of the polyps at the bottom of the base. At 1st I thought it was light reflecting off it.

No3 22 always 22 starting to wonder if my test kit is good. I need to have it checked out or it just maybe high nitrates and the plenum is not working.

I got to see Paul's tank for the first time last week. Talk about a beautiful tank... Sooo nice.. The install was amazing. I could hardly see any wires anywhere and the tank was incredibly quiet too. My wife nagged at me the whole way home.. Why isn't your tank like Paul's is all I heard...

Mike, not single new pic. I have been dealing with other issues that need attending and then the tank comes last lately as far as the build.

My luck just continues that is bad luck. Coming home from the East coast last weekend a buzzard flew right in front of my truck and I was not going 10 mph . Need I say more.

Ok 5 months later the fish that were in QT are now out and reintroduced to the tank. I divided the tank up so the fish can get established with out getting harassed by the others and give them all the presence of each other. The tricky part is going to acclimate the 3 new multicolor angels with the excisting pair.

middle to bottom right you will see the pair of multicolor angels.
