Well...it's time.

I'm selling my condo, and the buyer just asked me if I could close in 10 days. Thus...the tank (and some other things) need to go.

29g tank that I drilled. 1" drain, 1/2" return with loc-line
1 x 175W Metal Halide with ARO electronic ballast
2 x 75W VHO Actinics with Workhorse 7 ballast
2 x white LED moonlights
Maxi-Jet 1200 powerhead with Hydor FLO
Custom built stand & canopy
20g sump
Ebo•Jager heater (250W I think)
Aqua Medic Turboflotor 1000 Protein Skimmer w/ OceanRunner 2700 pump
Mag 7 return pump
DOES NOT include the pH meter & probe

LIVESTOCK:

3 clownfish (2 percs, 1 ocellaris - or vice versa) - $25
1 green chromis - free to good home
1 bi-color blenny - $10

I'd like to keep the live rock because it is covered with velvet and I don't want it to spread to anyone else's tank, ut If you want the rock, I'll sell it. You'll need to "cook" it before using it though.

Unfortunately, I don't have much time to meet with people, so you'll have to come here. I live in the Antioch/Hermitage area near Priest Lake.

Just like everyone else, I'd like to sell all of this as a package.

The no response is insane with that price. I sure wouldn't lower it, but you might try expanding your selling radius to other forums. I had a setup quite similar, and know I paid several times that price. Like someone else said, just no one looking for a small complete setup right now, sad...

Just to clarify from my original post...Angela has helped me determine that I do NOT have out outbreak of Marine Velvet...I guess it's simply red slime algae.
