I just trimmed my Chaeto. I've got at least a couple gallon zip lock bags worth. If you want it or some, PM me otherwise I will be giving it to my LFS later today if not tomorrow.

They might but all that would accomplish is releasing all the nutrients and PO4 that the chaeto exports back into the water. No point in feeding them food that has high levels of unwanted nutrients. That would defeat the purpose of the chaeto.
