Iwasaki 15k, best ballast?

I am wanting to run the 175w 15k Iwasaki bulbs, what are my best ballast choices and why. M57 magnetic, aro electronic or the Icecap electronic or if anyone else knows of any choices would be outstanding

The electronic ballast seem to give you about 20 more PPFD/par
