My Jack-knife fish has been having this protruding white bumo on his head above his left eye. One time it scraped off I thought it was the end of it- it came right back. I've noticed his fins looking a little raggedty now as well. No-one in the tank is messing with him, as he combs the bottom of the tank, he eats well. Respirations are even -non labored. He is a reef tank - a 125g . I have been treating the tank as directed with Kick-Ich as some of the other fish truly had some Ich on them. Thats why I thought he had(has) this. Also have been using Rally as well. Still he is the only one with this progression of growth on his head and the fins I was thinking of getting some neon gobies to be the little nurses in the tank but right now I want to make sure this is not something else? I will try to attach some pics of him.
