Post all items you would like to auction, preferable with pictures. If you cannot get them posted on RC send them to me I will post them for you. I will be at Hectors a little before 1 pm to start the registration and get things set up. Everyone participating must sign in, register and get a number. The auction will begin promptly at 2 pm. Did this to accommodate a few folks; sorry could not accommodate everyone :(

All bidding will be in $1.00 increments. All items must be listed with a MINIMUM starting bid. If the seller states no minimum bid the item will start at $1.00. So if it goes on the auction block and only 1 person bids he/she gets it for $1.00. Everyone will settle up at the end of the auction. I will take monies for those that owe and pay all those who sold stuff. I donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t think I missed anything but if I did I will gladly entertain any and all questions.

I will be bring some of these to Phoenix this weekend but am sure will have some left for the 22nd.

Acropro sp. - Pearch with white polyps. Very fast grower, would advise you have metal halides to keep this coral. Starting bid will be $5.00.

Acropora Nana - This is again is a nice grower, the tips are really purple. Starting bid will be $3.00.

I'll be bringing:

Montipora digitata, brown, a couple branches each. Mounted to rock chips. $5 starting bid.

Purple Lemnalia, 1-2 inches, probably mounted. $5 starting bid.

Metallic green zooanthids, two golf-ball size rocks with approximately 30 polyps each. $5 starting bid

Red zooanthids, three polyps mounted to rock chip. $1 starting bid.

Approximately 6" long piece of live rock with 3-4 teal w/blue spots mushrooms attached. $5 starting bid.

If Ed has time he will stop by with his camera and post pictures for me.
 
One more:

Candy cane, flourecent green center, 7 heads or polyps or whatever. $5 starting bid.
 
no im not going to cut them they are on lose rocks that i place near the colony.

forgot one more its kind of like a sliver button polyp im not real sure what you would call it, its longer than a normal zoo and the head isnt as big a a green button polyp but ill have a frag or two of that starting @ $1.00

(1) maybe more of pink zoos. These are nickel-sized heads, about 20 polyps (big frag).

(1) 4" rock covered in these Large Fluorescent Green Dicosoma sp. mushrooms. (about 5 or 6 shrooms).
(3-5) Same shroom buy loose and sold individually.

(1) 8" White Sinularia sp. It is the actual piece in the picture. It is the small piece to the right of the Large colony.

(1) If I can get it freed, Large 8" diameter Green Bubble Tip Anemone. It is a clone of the one in this picture, only much larger.

(3 or more) Loose pieces of Red Broad Leaf Macro Algae. These are much bigger than that seen in the picture.

I also have several pieces of blade style (not pictured) red macro algae. Both species are rare and very desirable.

I may have a few other loose shrooms and such that I will bring.
 
My fuge could use some of the red algae. Really Really nice pics Scott!! So you going to be able to make by 2pm?

So, I may be late on Sunday, 3:30 at the latest. I wil try to get out early form work, but no guarentees.

How are we to view and exchange corals? Do we bring them in individual containers and just hand it to the winner? What about being able to see it before bidding?

Also, I guess this is more specific for Hector, since I won't be there on Sunday until later, can I bring my frags in on Saturday and place them in a tank?

Anyone have ideas about this
 
My feeling is that it would be best if you can find a way for your frags to be there for the start of the auction, with your minimum starting bid stated. We can auction them for you, and just give you your money when you get there. :) Of course, if you want to bid on something specific, you'll need to work out a deal with a "proxy bidder", someone who will bid on an item for you (up to a maximum set by you). Some people have already posted pics of what they're selling, and I'll get my pics up next week.
