We are currently in the process of getting the VFW on HWY 51/ Center Ave in Janesville for March 19, 2011.
This will be a not-for-profit event with all proceeds going to help support troops in Iraq.
We are having full tables priced at $20 per table. Table prices are set low to encourage new sellers to come out as well as veterans. We also want to keep costs low for sellers due to this being a new swap and we do not know the amount of support we will get, especially in this economy. We are asking for one frag from each vendor for the silent auction tank and two from any stores that will be getting a table. The bar will be open and depending on the turn out that we get of sellers/buyers they will have food. We are thinking of having a table for used equipment with a requirement of all having the owns name, number and price. The used equipment table fee will be a donation of 2$
we currently do not know our limit on tables so it is currently first come first serve. Though it is a very large space and I do not anticipate having to turn anybody down.
